- Rent the ornate State of Maine Room with big windows and historic details if you’re planning on having guests or want a private space for your ceremony!
What do you need to elope at Portland Maine City Hall?
To get married at Portland’s city hall, you’ll need:
- Valid photo IDs
- $40 for the marriage license and $125 for the ceremony
- To fill out the intention of marriage form and file it in person
To have your ceremony in the clerks office or State of Maine Room you need to make an appointment! They are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
